No merchandise returns will be accepted without
prior notification of our Customer Service Department. If your shipment is
damaged upon arrival, please notify the delivery carrier. PMI will give a full
refund for any item granted a return request if it is within 30 days of
purchase and still has its original tags. For items outside the 30-day window
or items without the tag, we will grant a refund – less a 25% restocking fee.
