Return Policy

No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior notification of our Customer Service Department. If your shipment is damaged upon arrival, please notify the delivery carrier. PMI will give a full refund for any item granted a return request if it is within 30 days of purchase and still has its original tags. For items outside the 30-day window or items without the tag, we will grant a refund – less a 25% restocking fee.
